Winter Fitness Classes

Cardio & Core: Mondays

9:30-10:30 AM, Digby Curling Centre

Join Instructor, Christine Wright for Cardio & More; a low impact cardio workout to strengthen your body and stretch your muscles.

Chair Yoga: Wednesdays

9:30-10:30 AM OR 10:45-11:45 AM, Digby Curling Centre

Join Instructor, Christine Wright for Chair Yoga; a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.  Benefits of chair yoga include; improved flexibility, better concentration, increased strength, boost to your mood, reduced stress and joint strain.

Zumba Gold: Fridays

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Digby Curling Centre

Join Instructor, Christine Wright for Zumba Gold; a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors

Total Body Strength: Mondays & Thursdays

9:00 – 10:00 AM, Digby Neck Fire Hall

Join Instructor, Rhonda Gidney for Total Body Strength; a total body strengthening class using body weight and resistance bands.
