Don Brown Memorial Ball Field

Don Brown was a native of Bear River and worked with Lands and Forest for over 30 years in Digby County, Don was an athlete of renown, especially baseball, but played other sports. During his time living in Digby , Don not only was involved with Little League Baseball, he coached for over 20 years.
For his involvement as “caretaker” of Little League Ball, the Town named the ballpark, “The Don Brown Memorial Baseball Park”.
Don Brown Memorial Baseball Field hosts Digby Area Minor Baseball and various Men’s Baseball programs.
